"Mother Nature was not kind to our production schedule - we missed 2 weeks due to snow and ice. Despite that, we ended up with an extremely successful show. Of course, we had an incredible cast but the structure of the play helped a lot because of the discrete scenes and simple set requirements. "This was the first play of the year and I chose it for the broad holiday theme. We performed in November, and so was a good seasonal selection. The kids had a great time with the characters and costuming, and we even had photo ops at intermission with the celebrities and they gave away momentous like candy canes, patriotic buttons and Easter eggs!
