"It's an audience pleaser with a very accessible message. The music is catchy and the opportunities for physical comedy make it a lot of fun for young actors. (Mine were 5th graders.) I have one young actor who has thanked me 5 times so far for choosing this show for his 5th grade play. Comments from the audience I heard are: hilarious, the perfect show for the group, entertaining, moving, age appropriate, a hit it out of the park experience for the actors. Our costumer said it was the best 5th grade play yet. The jokes were funny. There was a nice variety of characters, enough to cast kids in roles that fit them well. Quote from a teacher:  Congratulations on a spectacular Fifth Grade play! I was drawn in immediately, and was totally entranced from that moment on. The music was fantastic, the staging was natural, and the kids were fantastic. And, yes ... I was glad to have been forewarned about the Kleenex.
