"The production was a wonderful opportunity for varied approaches and experience. Mr. Hayward was a pleasure to work with and this play combined the qualities of comedy and a relevant theme." -- E.S., Holdingford (MN) H.S.

Epic Fail
"Very well received! We do message theatre, which is usually somewhat dark, but this is light with still a good message. Performed for a community grant awards program for approximately 100 community leaders and 2 other youth groups." -- S.W., Director, Willcox, AZ

Epic Success
This play really appeals to teenagers. They identify with the feeling of doubting themselves and wondering if they will fail. It has a thoughtful message and teaches it through comedy. I allow my beginning theatre students to choose a one act every year, and this year the group chose this one. This is the second time one of my classes has chosen to do this in the last ten years. If you consider the plethora of options out there, that is pretty good. We have only repeated maybe two or three one-acts in ten years.

Winner
Good ensemble piece. We kept the props basic, and relied on actors to tell the story. We moved up in the first round of competition with this play and received many good comments from the judges.
